Features and uses:
The
 Picea glabrous Sander's Blue is an evergreen dwarf conifer, native to North America, belonging to the Pinaceae family.
Its
shape is conical, consisting of a thick bundle of
 small needle leaves, which during the year color tones of
marine green and blue steel, according to the maturity of the needles.
The
 Picea glabrous Sander's Blue requires little water and since its slow growth does
not require frequent or regular pruning. It is a dwarf conifera very
 resistant to disease and even cold, better settled in
sunny or shaded places. It is not so delicate for the soil type, but it is important that it is well drained.
It is a
conifer that lends itself
well to different environments, such as alpine, countryside gardens, in a classical style and modern style, great as a single shrub or in the creation of mixed meadows, even in
public parks.
