Features and uses:

Juniperus squamata Blue Star is a dwarf conifera originating in Asia, in particular China and Japan and belonging to the family of cupressaceae.

Well developed also in Europe, this juniper comes in the shape of a very compact round bush, formed by many branches on which the small, short, pointed, glaucous blue leaves with silvery reflections grow.

Juniperus squamata Blue Star is easy to cultivate, also recommended for those who, as they say, "does not have a green thumb", does not need potaure, not dirty, resistant to disease, does not require special irrigation or fertilization. Great even in economic terms because it does not have maintenance costs.

Considering its very small dimensions, it is also perfect for pot cultivation on balconies and terraces, while for those who own the garden it is possible to use it as a single shrub or to create mixed flowers, creating pleasing landscapes with the help of other dwarf conifers.
