Features and uses:

Caryopteris clandonensis Grand Bleu® is a native shrub from the UK, belonging to the Verbenaceae family, discovered not long ago.

The enchanting blossom immediately attracts the attention of anyone who looks at it: in the months between September and October, many small blue sky blooms, a very intense but elegant color at the same time. The flowers have a tubular shape and are assembled in groups at the ends of the branches, not very large stems tend to gray.

The foliage is fallen, green-gray color and touching it gives a nice aroma. As a whole, the Caryopteris clan. Grand Bleu® looks like a round bush, whose height is around 1 - 1.20 mt.

Butterfly Paradise, this perennial shrub loves the sun and the well drained soil. It adapts easily to different types of soil and does not disfigure fertilizer in the spring. With regard to pruning, it is not indispensable, but if implemented, it will favor the vegetation of the following year.

Similar features are in the ornamental varieties Petit Bleu® and White Surprise, with which you can create color and heights in flowerbeds, both in private gardens and in public green areas.
